Honorary Patronage

The International Scientific Conference “The Individual and the State in Cyberspace: Between Freedom and Control” was held under the Honorary Patronage of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivode Michał Sztybel, the Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Piotr Całbecki, the Mayor of the City of Bydgoszcz Rafał Bruski, the Chairwoman of the Bydgoszcz City Council Monika Matowska, the Rector of Kazimierz Wielki University, Prof. Bernard Mendlik, as well as NASK and the Polish Political Science Association.
