Applications may be submitted for 2026 and for investments, which may include:

• property purchase;
• construction investment;
• apparatus: purchase, manufacture, expansion;
• purchase or creation or expansion of IT infrastructure.

The value of the investment should exceed PLN 500,000 gross.

The application should include, among other things, a description of the investment, including the material scope, description of the research, use of the investment and justification of the advisability of its implementation, including the importance for the development of science, innovation and the economy.

Due to the investment nature of the proposals, the planned subject of the application must be consulted with the Department of Investments, Repairs and Operations in order to obtain a written opinion from the Department along with an estimate of the cost of possible modernization (adaptation) of the room. The opinion of the DIRE should be attached to the internal application for applying for research project funding submitted to the Vice-Rector for Science, in accordance with Order No. 13/2024/2025 of the Rector of Kazimierz Wielki University dated November 5, 2024 on the procedure for submitting research project funding applications by employees of Kazimierz Wielki University.

Completed applications prepared in the OSF system can be submitted for verification to the Science Department until May 30, 2025, and a signed internal application for applying for project funding supported by the Dean/Director of the Institute and the Head of the Department/Division must be submitted.
