About

The project aims to establish an international double-degree Bachelor’s programme jointly developed and implemented by Kazimierz Wielki University and Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës.

The initiative is funded under Path A of the KATAMARAN programme of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (contract no. BPI/KAT/2025/1/00006/U/00001). Its main objective is to develop and launch the international double-degree programme Smart Governance and Public Administration, delivered in accordance with applicable national regulations and the internal academic frameworks of both partner universities.
