Erasmus+ and Exchange Students at UKW
Academic Year 2026/2027 | Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz
Would you like to spend your Erasmus+ mobility in Bydgoszcz? Kazimierz Wielki University works with partner institutions across Europe and welcomes exchange students from a wide range of countries. Our International Relations Office, Erasmus+ coordinators and Buddy students are here to support you throughout your stay.
For many international students, Bydgoszcz becomes much more than a study destination. Some decide to continue their education in the city or make it their home after graduation.
How to Apply
If you would like to study at Kazimierz Wielki University as an Erasmus+ or exchange student, first check whether your home university has an active partnership with UKW. Contact the international office at your university or visit its website.
If a partnership is in place, apply through your home university. Once your application has been approved, your university will officially nominate you and provide us with your contact details. After receiving your nomination, we will send you information about the application procedure. Once your application has been registered, you will receive a welcome information pack to help you prepare for your mobility in Bydgoszcz.
Partner universities should send nominations by email to incoming-erasmus@ukw.edu.pl.
