prof. dr hab. Liberska HannaEnglish

Hanna Liberska – psychologist and biologist – professor of social sciences – graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań; psychologist specializing in developmental psychology, family psychology, and social psychology.

She currently heads the Department of Social Psychology (since October 1, 2019) at the Faculty of Psychology of Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz (from 2007 to 2019, she headed the Department of Social Psychology and Youth Studies).

From 2008 to 2016, she served as Deputy Director for Research and International Cooperation at the Institute of Psychology.

She has served as an expert in numerous national and international competitions.

From 2013 to 2024, she served as editor-in-chief of the Polish Psychological Forum.

She teaches doctoral studies in psychology and has supervised nine doctoral students in psychology. She currently supervises four students at the Doctoral School of Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz.

Her research focuses on developmental issues in adolescence and early adulthood, marriage and family, aggression, and social exclusion.

For 30 years, she has conducted diverse research on socio-political changes in Poland and their impact on young people's life plans.

For several years, she has collaborated with teachers at all levels of education.

She is the author or co-author of three monographs, the editor or co-editor of 25 monographs in Polish and English, and over 210 scientific texts.

She is a member of national and international scientific societies (including ISRA).
