BASIC INFORMATION ON RESEARCH AND TEACHING ACTIVITIES

 

Profile:

PhD in political science.

Assistant professor at the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Faculty of History  - Department of  Modern History and International Relations.

Former vice-dean of the Department of Political Science at the Pultusk Academy of Humanities, Poland.

 

The conducted research and interests mainly concern: 

- historical narratives, especially in Europe

- political relations and security issues in German-speaking countries and in Polish-German relations

- integration processes in Europe

- selected issues concerning Scandinavian and Dutch-speaking countries.

Research interests are closely related to the linguistic competences.

- project concept creator of the scientific seminars series „History and international relations in the 20th and 21st centuries“ for undergraduate, graduate and PhD students of the Kazimierz Wielki University.
