Dr. Quénéhervé studied Geography, GIS and Geology in Tübingen and Stuttgart (Germany) as well as in Adelaide (Australia) with a diploma in Geography. In 2018 she finished her doctoral studies (Dr. rer. nat/PhD) in Physical Geography at the University of Tübingen with her thesis ‘Assessment of Landscape Processes, Forms and Features in the Lake Manyara Region, East African Rift Valley’ (Supervisors Prof. Dr. Hochschild/Prof. Dr. Märker).
Her teaching activities included Master and Bachelor levels in Tübingen, Rottenburg and Nürtingen Universities, mainly focused on GIS, Geo-Statistics and Project Management. In 2014 she acquired the Baden-Württemberg Higher Education Didactics Certificate.
She worked in different projects regarding Landscape Resilience and Reconstruction up to Renewable Energies. Her main scientific foci are geomorphologic processes and pedo-hydrology, soil erosion and sediment transport, landscape evolution and geoarchaeology, GIS and Geo-Statistics.
After a post-doc position at the University of Pavia in Italy, she joined the Kazimierz Wielki University in October 2019.
